摘要
渭河洪水错峰调度决策支持系统采用了先进的分布式组件对象模型(DCOM)技术,将地理信息系统开发平台MapX与开发工具Delphi相结合,实现了以渭河流域地图为背景的可视化信息查询。该系统设计先进,功能齐全实用,为防洪指挥决策人员和管理人员提供了雨、水、工情的全面信息支持以及洪水调度的决策支持。
The flood control decision support system for the Weihe river is based on the advanced DCOM technology. The GIS development platform MapX and the database development tool Delphi are combined to realize visual information query on the background of the map of the Weihe valley. The system, advanced in design, practical and complete in function, can provide complete information about rain, water and project operation to support flood control decision.
