摘要
领导干部的素质高低 ,直接关系我们党的凝聚力、战斗力、关系着我国社会主义现代化建设的进程 ,探讨新的历史时期领导干部素质现状与问题及领导干部应具备的素质 ,探索提高领导干部素质的途径是非常必要的。
The quality of leading cadres is a matter of cohesion and fighting ability of the Party, and of the progressive stage of socialist modernization drive of our country. It is theoretically and practically meaningful to discuss the issues concerning the quality, the existing state of leading cadres and the quality that a leading cadre should have, and concerning the way of how to enhance the quality of leading cadres in the new period.
