本文论述了网络环境下文献资源共建、共享与开发的必要性。提出了图书馆等信息行业走资源共建、共享与开发的道路应转变观念 ,整体规划下 ,联合共建 ,优势互补 ;加强文献资源入藏的协调发展 ;利用现代技术 ,共同开发文献资源 ;加速回溯建库 ;
The paper states the necessity of sharing and developing the resources in network environment and puts forward the following ways:changing the ideas,developing under a whole plan,complementing each other of advantages,strengthening the coordinative development of resources collection,using modern technology to develop the resources,accelerating the retrospective database and strengthening the database construction.
