摘要
精校机液压伺服系统是保证工件加工精度的关键。在深入分析精校机动态特性的基础上 ,提出了速度与加速度反馈校正和PID校正两种改善精校机液压伺服系统特性的方法 ,并对两种方法进行了具体的分析比较 。
The hydraulic-servo system of the precise straightening machine is the key to ensure the processing accuracy of the workpiece. In this paper, based on analyzing dynamic character of precise straightening machine, two methods that a re velocity acceleration feedback revise and PID control are brought forward to improve the character of position servo system of precise straightening machine, and this two methods are analyzed and compared concretely. Therefore the theory base is offered to improve the character of the precise straightening machine.
