Quantitative Determination of Salvianolic Acid B in the Water Decoction of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Panax notoginseng by HPLC

摘要 目的 建立丹参三七配伍水煎液中丹酚酸B含量测定的方法。方法 大连依利特SpherisorbC18柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 -水 (用甲酸调pH =2 .5 ) ,体积比甲醇 -水 (4 1 5∶ 5 8 5 ) ,流速 :0 8mL/min ,检测波长 :2 80nm ,柱温 :2 5℃。结果 丹参∶三七配比 5∶ 3时 ,合煎或单煎对丹酚酸B溶出影响不大。 Objective To establish the method of quantitative determination of salvianolic acid B in the water decoction of danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza) and sanqi (Panax notoginseng). Methods An Elite Spherisorb C18 column was chosen, the mobile phase was methanol-water (41.5∶58.5, the pH value was adjusted to 2.5 with formic acid) at a flow velocity of 0.8 ml/min., the detection wavelength was 280 nm, and the column temperature was 25℃. Results There was no great influence on the content of salvianolic B in the decoction when danshen and sanqi were blended in the ratio of 5∶3. Conclusion This method can be used to quantitatively determinate the salvianolic acid B in the water decoction of danshen and sanqi.
