摘要
目前西部地区的基础设施产业的发展面临着资金短缺的“瓶颈”问题。作为联结私人资本与基础设施建设的桥梁,BOT投融资方式为解决这个问题提供了一种全新的思路。明确BOT对西部大开发的意义,并探讨BOT应用于西部开发遇到的一些法律障碍及解决对策显得十分必要。
Infrastructure construction should be given priority in western development. The development of infrastructure construction in the west has the botde - neck problem in shortage of capital. As a bridge between private capital and infrastructure construction, the financing mode of EOT provides a brand - new idea for solution to the problem. Based on this, this paper expounds the significance of EOT in western development and gives countermeasures for overcoming the barriers of application of BOT in China.
