摘要
地下水的开发是解决贵州饮水问题的主要途径之一,通过对泉水开发过程中存在的主要问题的分析,提出了解决问题的有效措施——制定地方标准,以确保饮用泉水质量安全,为饮用天然泉水的生产经营及质量技术监督执法提供可靠的技术法规保障。
The development of underground water is a major approach to resolve into the drinking problem in Guizhou. Through the analysis for the main issues during the process of the spring water exploitation, an available measure that sets down the regional standard is brought forward to ensure the quality of drinking spring water, meanwhile which provide the credible technical statute assurance for the production and management of water and the supervision and law enforcement of quality technique.
