摘要
为将高精度、自动化的相移技术引入非相干光投影格栅测量高度的方法中,本文详细地研究了非相干光投影格栅法使用的非正弦格栅用于相移的可能性,从而发展出非正弦格栅相移技术,拓展了相移法的概念和使用范围,研究结果表明,并非仅有正弦性格栅可以用于相移法,大部分周期性格栅都可用于相移法,并且仍可有较高的精度.文中在理论分析的基础上,进行了模拟计算,并给出了实例。
Phase—Stepping(shifting)Method(PSM)is a technique now broadly used in experimental optics for its highly accuracy and automatic in fringe measurement.However,it is quite difficult or even impossible to get a really sinusoidal Gratings,especially in cases such as those treated with White—Light Projecting Grating Method,which is usually used for 3—D shape mcasurement.In this paper,PSM based on non—sinusoidal gratings is developed.After theorefieal analysis and simulate calculation,an example is shown to demonstrate this new method and point out the effect caused by non—sinusoidal grating.
