摘要
基础教育新课程改革对21世纪的教师的新要求,迫切需要民族院校教师教育的改革,采取合理的应对策略。
This paper deals with the new demands towards teachers put forward by the reform of the new primary courses,and proposes some countermeasures in the course of teaching reform in colleges and universities for nationalities.
