摘要
尺神经深支向近侧无损伤分离后,可超越旋前方肌上缘以上26.58mm,此时宽1.80mm、厚1.00mm,可与宽1.35mm、厚0.89mm的旋前方肌支缝合。
In 20 adult cadavers(40 sides), the applied anatomy about the following nerves were studied. (1) After non-damaged separation, the deep branch of ulnar nerve can be extended proximally 60.08mm, 60% of which is over the upper margin of pronator quadratus muscle; (2) The length of the branch to pronator quadratus is 52.20mm. This branch ends about 17.03mm below the upper margin of pronator quadratus muscle. Accordingly, these two nerves may be sutured together, in repairing injuries of the ulnar nerve.
