摘要
燃料电池电动车电驱动系统通过在燃料电池和逆变器之间增加能量缓冲环节,可以解决电机制动时回馈能量的吸收问题,但没有解决电动车运行中电机功率变化较大时,燃料电池输出功率波动大导致燃料电池工作效率降低的问题。本文从燃料电池本身特性出发,提出了一种新的燃料电池电动车电驱动系统结构,对传统能量缓冲环节结构进行了改进使得它能够吸收燃料电池输出的多余能量,避免了燃料电池的输出功率的剧烈变化,从而改善了燃料电池运行的效率,同时也改善了整个驱动系统的运行效率。仿真结果证实了这个结构的可行性。
The known driving system of the fuel cells driven vehicle just adds power absorb device to absorb the feedback power of the motor. But the output power of the fuel cell can not be changed rapidly when motor's power changes during running and thus the efficiency of the fuel cells is decreased. A novel structure of driving system of the electrical vehicle is presented in this paper. The new structure of the driving system uses super capacitor to buffer the output of the fuel cells. By proper control and change of the topological structure the power flows into or out from the super capacitor. So the fuel cells maintain stable output and the efficiency is improved. The computer simulation proves its validity.
