胆碱能神经元和纤维在猫下丘脑的分布

摘要 以往因未能成功地显示出下丘脑的胆碱能神经元和纤维,故一般认为下丘脑胆碱能系统的支配是贫乏的。本文用 avidin-biotin 免疫细胞化学方法显示了猫下丘脑的胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)样阳性神经元和纤维,首次证明猫下丘脑有丰富的胆碱能系统支配。本文在下列区域发现不同密度的胆碱能神经元:下丘脑背内侧核、室旁核、下丘脑背侧区、腹内侧核周围的灰结节区、下丘脑外侧区、下丘脑前区、前核、小细胞核、结节乳头体核、下丘脑后区、前乳头体核和上乳头体核。在下丘脑外侧区、乳头体部、室旁核、小细胞核和灰结节区发现较多的 ChAT 样阳性纤维。在猫下丘脑发现3种与胆碱能系统有关的神经元胞体:1、胆碱能神经元。2、非胆碱能—胆碱能接受神经元。3、胆碱能—胆碱能接受神经元。阳性纤维有非串珠状和串珠状者。串珠状的纤维有两种:一种免疫反应染色深;另一种免疫反应染色浅淡。 The cholinergic neurons and fibers of the hypothalamus could not be revealed successfully in the past,therefore,there has been general agreement that the hypotha- lamus is very poorly innervated by cholinergic system.In this study,choline acetyl- trans ferase (ChAT)-like immunoreactive positive neurons and fibers of the hypo- thalamus were revealed successfully by using avidin-biotin immunocytochemical me- thod.This study demonstrated for the first time that the cat hypothalamus is richly innervated by cholinergic system.We found cholinergic neurons of varying numbers in the following areas:dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus,paraventricular nucleus, dorsal hypothalamic area,the area of the tuber cinereum surrounding ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus,lateral hypothalamic area,anterior hypothalamic area,anterior hypothalamic nucleus,parvocellular hypothalamic nucleus,tuber-mammillary nucl- eus,posterior hypothalamic area,anterior mammillary nucleus and supramammillary nucleus.There were a lot of ChAT-like positive fibers in the lateral hypothalamic area,mammillary area,dorsal hypothalamic area,paraventricular nucleus,parvocel- lular hypothalamic nucleus,the area of the tuber cinereum.Three kinds of neuron perikarya related to cholinergic system were identified in the hypothalamus of the cat:1.cholinergic perikarya;2.noncholinergic-cholinoceptive perikarya;3.choli- nergic-cholinoceptive perikarya.There were also immunoreactive positive fibers which were non-varicose and varicose.Two kinds of varicose-fibers,one with strong immunoreactivity and the other with weak immunoreactivity were distingui- shed.
