摘要
目的：观察比较新药普罗布考片与其它两种降血脂药的降脂作用。方法：１９７ 例高脂血症患者随机分组，分别口服藻酸双酯钠片（１００ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ） 、非诺贝特片（１００ｍｇ．ｔｉｄ） 和普罗布考片（２５０ｍｇ．ｂｉｄ）。于第４ 周、第８ 周抽空腹血测定血脂值。结果：服药８ 周后，普罗布考组降血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）总有效率８４ ．４％ ；藻酸双酯钠组和非诺贝特组分别为７５．５ ％ 和７５．９％ 。服普罗布考期间，仅发现少而轻的不良反应。结论：普罗布考片为安全显效的降血脂药。
AIM To compare the effects of Probucol with polysaccharide sodium(p.s.s) and fenofibrate.METHODS The blood lipid was derermined in 197 patients with hyperlipidemia treated with probucol,p.s.s and fenofibrate after 4 and 8 weeks respectively.RESULTS The total effectve rate of probucol was 84.4%,while the effective rate of two other agent was 75.5 and 75.9% respectively.CONCLUSION Probucol tablets are safe and effective in lowering bloodlipid.
