摘要
针对由67CrVA弹簧钢制造的斯太尔发动机气门弹簧进行了各项性能试验,结果表明,气门弹簧经合适的喷丸强化、热强压工艺处理后,其疲劳寿命、负荷损失率均达到标准要求;松弛试验结果表明,67CrVA弹簧钢是一种具有良好的抗松弛性能和疲劳性能的材料。最后进行了装机试验,经1000h台架试验,67CrVA弹簧钢制造的斯太尔发动机气门弹簧性能指标达到了QZZ1118—1994标准的要求。
Various performance tests of valve springs of engine STEYR made of spring steel 67CrVA are carried out.It is shown by the tests that the fatigue life and the load lost ratio of the valve springs treated by appropriate peening and hot high pressure process are both meet requirements of the corresponding standard;and it is shown by the relaxation tests that spring steel 67CrVA is a kind of material with good anti-relaxation performance and fatigue performance.In the end,complete engine tests are also carried out and it is shown by the 1 000 h rig test that performance of the valve springs made of spring steel 67CrVA meet the requirements of the standard QZZ1118-1994.
