摘要
无限制地发展技术,把安全放在次要地位,是危险的选择,也是失败的选择。必须把安全从技术的附庸变成独立的科学门类,按照其本身的规律来研究和发展安全科学技术。安全哲学的研究,应突出人本主义、人道主义的原则,反思某些科学主义观点的失误,建立反映人类文明成果的、有时代特征的安全自然观、安全价值观、安全科学观。
It must be the dangerous and failed choice to develop technology without limitation and take the safety as the secondary. The safety should be an independent science and be researched on its rules. The research of the safety philosophy should stress on the principals of humanism and humanitarianism. Some faults of scientific standpoints should be reconsidered and the natural outlook, safety value and safety scientific outlook should be set up which can show human civilization with the modern characteristics.
