摘要
高校科技成果是一种亟待开发的信息资源 ,开发利用时应从实际出发 ,选择最佳的合作开发类型。并分析科技成果在转化过程中存在的障碍 ,提出了应建立按市场经济规律运作的合理机制 ,兴办校办产业 ,为成果转让创造最佳途径。
Scientific achievements in universities are a kind of information resources necessary to develop, thus the most appropriate sort of development ought to be determined under different circumstances in the course of development and utilization. By analyzing problems and obstacles in the achievement transformation, the author points out university enterprises should be developed and the best trail of achievement transformation will be blazed by establishing rational mechanism according to the principle of market economy.
