摘要
本文介绍一种新型的声表面波传感器的结构组成、特点;用于测量应变、位移、力及挠度的基本原理,推导出计算在各种应用情况下的灵敏度公式,并提出进一步提高灵敏度的措施及困难所在。
This paper introduces a new type of surface accustic wave(SAW) transducer , its construction, char acteristics, applications in measuring strain, displacement , force and deflection. Some measures and difficulties for further improving the sensitivity are discussed at the end of this paper.
