摘要 合成了一系列苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物的酯化产品和酰胺化产品,用作降凝剂;测定了这些产品在模拟油中的降凝效果;考察了不同分子量的苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物、酯化程度、酯链长度、混合酯链及引入酰胺基团等结构因素与降凝效果的关系。实验结果表明,降凝剂结构的细微变化,对降凝效果有明显的影响。 In this paper, the esters of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymers and their amidated products have been synthesized as solidification point depressants. Their effects on solidification point depression of model oils have been determined to illustrate the relationship of the depressant structure to solidification point depression. This has been done by examining the molecular weights of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymers, the extent of esterification, the length of ester chains, mixed ester chains, amidation and depressant concentration. Results show that a slight difference in depressant structure will produce a remarkable effect on solidification point depression.
