摘要 本研究发现了高硅沸石僵化剂的一种新的催化反应性能,即烷烃裂解和烯烃叠合的协同反应。试验所用高硅沸石催化剂的SiO_2/Al_2O_3比为23.6~300。NH_3-TPD测定的相应酸性中心数大约为2.55~0.45×10^(20)个/g,酸强度分布随硅铝比不同和水蒸气处理强度不同而变化。试验研究了协同反应的主要特点并探讨了反应机理,简要介绍了协同反应的工业应用,即DSCOP过程。 A novel catalytic property of high silicon zeolite catalyst, i.e. the synergetic reaction of n-alkane cracking and olefin polymerization, has been discovered by this study. The zeolite catalyst used ill experiments has a SiO_2/Al_2O_2 ratio of 23.6~300 and has correspondingly about 2.55~0.45×10^(20) acid sites/g as measured by NH_3-TPD. Its acid strength distribution varies with different SiO_2/Al_2O_3 ratio and steam treatment severity.The main characteristics of the synergetic reaction are investigated with the reaction mechanism discussed. Commercial application of this reaction as Distillate Selective Cracking and Olefin Polymerization (DSCOP) process is also briefly described.
