摘要
甜菜碱是一种天然化合物,其无毒、无害、性质稳定,且在动物蛋白质和脂肪代谢中起着非常重要的作用。甜菜碱为脂肪代谢提供甲基,参与磷脂合成,促进肝脂迁移,抑制脂肪肝的形成;参与磷脂酰胆碱的合成,影响血液脂蛋白浓度;提高肌肉和肝脏中肉碱的含量,促进脂肪酸氧化,从而使动物肉产品的脂肪含量降低,瘦肉率提高,肉质较松,风味更好。甜菜碱可以替代用于甲基供体的蛋氨酸和胆碱,以保证蛋白质和神经递质的合成,提高猪的生长性能。
Lycine is a natural compound. It plays an important role in animal metabolism of protein and fattiness. Lycine provides methyl for adipose metabolism and participates in phosphorpus synthesis .promotes the liver fat to transfer and inhibits forming adipose liver; takes part in phosphatidylcholine' a composition, influence lipoprotein concentration of blood;increase carnitin' s content in liver and muscle,promotes the fatty acids to oxidize,thus adipose content in animal meat product to lower and the lean meat rate increase, meat quality is looser, taste is better. The lycine can act as methyl' s donator to substitute for DL-methiomne and choline.then guarantee the protein and neurotransmitter to synthesize to increase the pig' s growth function.
