摘要
采用 ZXB 型旋风分离器可将催化裂化装置的催化剂单耗降到0.4kg/t 以下。该旋风分离器具有入口面积大、灰斗长、长径比大和出口管径小等特点,有很好的操作弹性,抗干扰能力强,耐磨损,是一种值得推广应用的新型高效旋风分离器。
By adopting the ZXB type cyclones in the FCC unit,the catalyst loss can be reduced to below 0. 4kg/t.This new cyclone is featured by its bigger rectangular inlet,longer separation chamber,greater length/diameter ratio and smaller outlet and is characterized by its greater flexibility in operation and higher resistance to disturbance and abrasion.It is a novel high-efficiency cyclone worthwhile for ex- tensive use in FCC units.
