用两次展开法分离了润滑油中的烷基水杨酸钙,第一次用正己烷,第二次用乙酸乙酯:异丙醇:氨水=6:3:1,展开距离为8cm,用紫外吸收法进行了定量。
A method has been devised for the separation of salicylates additive in used lubricating oils by thin-layer chromatography and subsequent quantitative analysis of the additive by thin-layer densitom- etry. Without pretreatment, the sample are first developed on silica gel layers with n-hexane, then with a mixture of ethylacetate / 2-propanol /ammonia (6 / 3 / 1, v /v ). The method is sensitive and is suit- able for additive depletion studies.
