摘要
运用危机管理理论 ,分析门诊医护工作危机产生的因素 ,制定防范措施和处理对策 ,强化全体医务人员的危机意识 ,学习危机管理知识 。
To inquire into the prevention work of medical treatment disputes in the outpatient department.The risk management theory was practised in our department and through analysis of the factors which always result in risk events.The following measures were taken:to stipulate the preventive measures and treating methods and to strengthen the risking consciousness of all medical staff.Therefore,the medical disputes were minimized and lawsuit was avoided,the medical treatment work progressed smoothly.
