为了消除压裂泵阀箱孔相贯线尖角部位的应力集中,应将相贯线的尖角部位倒圆。通过分析采用浮动镗刀镗削相贯线尖角过程中刀片应具有的运动规律,推导出相应的计算公式。
In order to relieve the stress concentration at the sharp edge on the bore crossover section in a fracturing pump valve pot, the sharp edge should be rounded,This article analyzes the motion pattern of the floating boring cutters during the rounding process, and derives the relevant formulas.
