摘要
合理地评定钢丝绳使用工作量对确保钻井安全和降低钢丝绳消耗具有重要意义。结合钢丝绳在钻井过程中的实际工作情况,采用“千牛米”方法导出计算公式并作了实例计算,计算结果与实际使用记录值仅差4％。
To ensure safe operation and full utilization of a rotary drilling line, it is of great importance to evaluate correctly the working life of the drilling line. According to the actual working conditions of the drilling line, a formula for calculating its working life is derived on the basis of kN. m method. The calculated value is in accord with the field record with only a deviation of 4 percent.
