详细介绍了游梁式抽油机常用的几种驴头与游梁联接形式、特点及工作机理,从加工制造、安装、使用及维修等方面分析了各种联接形式的优点及缺点,提出了自让自复位驴头与游梁联接的新结构,指出在设计游梁式抽油机时应根据抽油机型号的大小采用不同的驴头与游梁联接形式。
This article introduces in detail the connecting patterns of horsehead and walking beam commonly used on pumping units, analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of the various patterns in respect of manufacture, installation, application and maintenance, presents a new connecting method, by which the horsehead can easily 'abdicate' and self-reset, and points out further that, while designing a walking beam pumping unit, the connecting pattern should be selected in accordance with the pumping unit size.
