摘要
MoO_3-V_2O_5/Al_2O_3是乙烷氧化脱氢制乙烯的催化剂。将MoO_3、V_2O_5等制成的全活性催化剂添加不同的表面活性剂或高聚物,与活性氧化铝混合研磨,制成复合催化剂。用沉降法、扫描电镜、和气相色谱法分别测定催化剂的分散度、形貌、活性和选择性。试验结果表明、添加表面活性剂或高聚物能不同程度地提高催化剂的活性和选择性,其中以添加聚乙二醇的效果最好。
MoO_3-V_2O_5/Al_2O_3 catalysts for the oxydehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene were prepared by mixing and grinding active MoO_3-V_2O_5 catalyst, Al_2O_3 and surfactants (triethanolamine, lecithin, Peregal SA-20) or polymers (polyethylene glycol, carboxy methyl cellulose). Their properties were studied by sedimentation analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and gas pulse chromatography. The results show that the addition of surfacants and polymers increased catalyst dispersivity leading to increase in activity and selectivity in ethane oxydehydrogenation. The polyethylene glycol containing catalyst gave optimum results.
