摘要
介绍李东垣代表作《脾胃论》中 ,补益脾胃方剂的用药特点。 1擅用脾胃益气升阳药物 ;2喜用风药 ;3不宜用淡渗分利药 ;4随证加减 ,灵活权变 ,因时、因人、因脏腑所伤部位不同 ,灵活掌握 ,随方加减 ;5配方君臣有序 ,每方用药剂量小 ,每次服用量也较少。
A brief account of how Li Dongyuan applies tonifying spleen and stomach medicine is given in his representative work,Theory of the Spleen and the Stomach.①Applying medicine that can reinforce energy and elevate the spleen yang;②liking to apply wind medicine;③not suitably removing dampness by using mild-flavored diuretics;④along with the change of syndromes,adding or subtracting according to different times,people and diseases;⑤making up a prescription in less dosage and better effect.
