摘要
目的 探讨皮层下的肿瘤术中应用 B超检查的价值。方法 在 2 1例位于皮层下的肿瘤手术中 ,使用B超在硬脑膜外扫描脑组织以探测肿瘤位置 ,借助 B超扫描结果 ,选择合理的皮层切口并行肿瘤切除。结果 2 1例均行肿瘤全切除 ,1 9例术后无神经功能障碍。结论 术中应用 B超探查皮层下肿瘤 。
Objective To assess the value of intraoperative ultrasonography(IOUS)for the treatment of subcortical tumor operation.Methods During 21 cases' subcortical tumor operation,IOUS was performed to scan cerebral tissue out of dural in order to detect the oposition of tumor.Suitable cortical incision was chosen and removal of tumor was carried out with assistance of IOUS.Results\ Total removal of tumor was performed in 21 cases.No neurodysfunction was found in 19 cases.Conclusion\ It was important for IOUS detecting the oposition of subcortical tumor to direct operation.
