摘要
目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定利巴韦林颗粒中利巴韦林含量的方法.方法:在利巴韦林特征吸收峰207 nm波长处测定利巴韦林含量.结果:利巴韦林浓度在5~25μg/ml之间线性关系良好,回归方程为:A=1.74×10-2+0.04631C,r=9999(n=5),平均回收率99.7%,RSD=0.80%.结论:紫外分光光度法测定利巴韦林颗粒的含量简便、准确、快速,重现性好.
Objective:To establish an UV method for determination of content of ribavirin granules.Methods:The concentration of rib-avirin granules was measured at207nm wavelength which was characteristic absorption peak of ribavirin.Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of5~25μg/ml.The linear regression equation is A=1.74×10 -2 +0.04631C,r=0.9999(n=5).The average re-covery was99.7%,RSD=0.80%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
