摘要
在前人工作的基础上,从理论上阐述了连续热力学的框架及其在复杂混合物相平衡计算中的应用.并提出了连续热力学进一步发展和完善的方向.尽管连续热力学方法在某种意义上也是一种假组分法,但对于复杂系统,用一个连续分布函数来描写其组成,克服了假组分法在组分的切割方式和数目选取上的随机性,从而大大提高了相平衡计算的效率和准确度.
Continuous thermodynamics is based on a continuous distribution function of some convenient macroscopic properties, such as normal boiling point, molecular weight and aromaticity instead of the mole fractions of individual or pseudo-components for describing the composition of a mixture. It is particularly useful in phase equilibria calculation for complex mixtures. This paper describes the framework of continuous thermodynamics, and its application in phase equilibria calculation is the logical sequence of the well-known pseudo-component method. It is more efficient than that method, because it is less arbitrary and often require less computer time. The relation between continuous thermodynamics and the pseudo-component method is similar to that between differential calculus and calculus using quotients of differences.
