摘要
高等职业教育要正确构建高职人才素质教育体系 ,就要把握高职人才规格特点 ,要以培养科学文化素质为基础 ,以培养思想道德、职业道德素质为前提 ,以培养职业技能素质为主干 ,以培养创新素质为核心 ,在整个教育过程中逐步实现。
Higher vocational quality education system must be properly constructed when taking into consideration the characteristics of the human resources. The education of which must be based on quality of science and culture, be placed with ideological morals and professional ethics as the precondition, and with creative spirit as the core.
