摘要
介绍了二线串行E^2PROM的基本原理及二线制总线的主要操作,并给出了串行E^2PROM与AT89C2051单片机的接口电路和字节操作的应用程序。
This paper introduces the basic principles of two-wire serial E2PROM and the main operations of two-wire bus and gives the interface circuits between E2PROM and AT89C2051 and the application programs of byte operations.
