摘要
简单阐述了滑阀式电液步进缸的工作原理,分析了影响滑阀式电液步进缸精度的因素,提出了如何提高其精度的一些方法。
This paper discusses the operational theory of electrical-hydraulic stepping cylinder of slide valve and analyzes in detail the factors which influence the accuracy of the kind of cylinder, and puts forward some ways as to how to improve its accuracy.
