摘要
网络教育的发展受很多因素的影响。该文从文化理念、政府支持、基础设施、技术水平、媒介内容、产业结合六个方面来分析中外网络教育发展的不同。通过比较,来借鉴国外的先进观念、技术,推进中国网络教育的发展。
Many factors influence the development of web-based education. We can analyze the differences of the development of web-based education between China and other countries from six aspects: culture, government support, infrastructure, technology level, medium content and enterprise combination. Through the comparison, we should learn the excellent ideas and technology from other countries to accelerate the development of web-based education in China.
