摘要
介绍应用计算机技术、随机试验法和三元线性回归法设计多因素车削力试验 ,并说明处理数据的原理和软件主要模块中难点的实现。该软件解决了单因素轮换试验法代表性差、正交试验法需要无级调速车床的难题 ,实现了用普通车床就可开展在线建立包含车削用量三要素的车削力经验公式和打印试验报告全过程的自动化。
By applying the computer techniques, randomized test method and ternary linear regression method, the test of turning force is introduced. The principle of data processing and the realization of the difficulty in main module of software. This software solves the shortcoming of single factor cyclic test method in lacking of representativeness and the problem of orthogonal experiment method in need of stepless speed changed lathe. Now only use the common lathe, establishing the empirical formula including the three factors of turning parameters and printing the test report can be done on-site automatically.
