摘要
分析了我国的风能资源和风力发电的现状 ,探讨了在风力发电时要注意的几个问题 。
This paper describes the wind resource and present situation of wind electric power generation in China, analyzes several matters in wind power generation. Some attitudes about the prospect of wind electric generation power in China are presented in this paper.
