摘要
这里针对数控车削在线检测的需要,建立了用于状态监测与预报的AR模型,并开发了基于该模型的软件,它能够实现AR模型的自动定阶、AR谱分析、加工状态的实时预报。作为在线监测系统的重要组成部分,大大增强了原来系统的功能。
In this paper,AR model has been built for on -line NC tuming monitoring and the software has been developed which can decide the o rder of AR model,analyze AR spectrum,predict working conditio n.It enhanced the function of on -line mon itoring system greatly.
