摘要
通过对南阳石油机械厂研制的ZJ30/1700CZ轻便钻机绞车的设计结构及传动系统分析,建立了该钻机绞车捞砂滚筒轴和主滚筒轴扭转和横向振动模态分析模型,用ANSYS有限元软件包对其进行了模态分析计算。计算结果分析表明该钻机在不同设计转速下进行钻井工作时,钻机绞车捞砂滚筒轴和主滚筒轴不会发生共振现象,绞车及钻机传动系统设计合理。
The natural vibration characteristic of the drawworks of ZJ30/1700CZ rig,which is designed by Nanyang Petroleum Machinery Manufa cturing Plant,is analyzed with the f inite element software(ANSYS ).By means of analyzing its power train arrangement,the modal analyzing mo dels of the drawworks are estab-lished,and its several preceding steps of the natural frequency in some kinds of working conditions are given here.The analysis of the results indicate s that the sympathetic vibrations of the drawworks shaft of the rig could n ot occur at the various designed rates of the rig.
