摘要
我国证券市场经过十余年的发展,已在国民经济中占据重要地位。但是我国证券市场也存在着许多问题,特别是证券监管有待进一步加强。加入WTO为我国证券市场的发展提供了契机,这就要求建立适合我国的证券监管新体制。文章对此进行了探讨。
Through a decade of development, China's stock markets hold an important position in the national economy, but there in them exist a lot of problems, especially weak supervision. Having joined WTO provides timely opportunity for the development of our country. Hence, we must establish a new system of stock supervision.
