摘要
中国 1 996年成功实现“软着陆”后 ,受多方因素的影响从 1 997年至今都未走出通货紧缩的阴影 ,政府采用多项措施相应配合 ,试图走出这种经济困境 ,其中积极财政政策所起的作用至关重要。在对中国宏观经济形势进行分析的基础上对“十五”期间财政政策具体措施进行了讨论。
China's economy soft landed successful in 1996.But subjected to the influence of many factors, the economy has not been able to bresk the blockade of deflation since 1997.The government has taken several different measures to combat linering deflationary pressures,among which expanding fiscal policy plays a crucial role. This article tries to open up a discussion on the orientation of fiscal policy during the period of the fifteenth five year plan based on the analysis of macro economic situation.
