摘要
公共英语教学改革应以《大学英语大纲》为指导思想 ,在此前提下 ,应从由应试教学向能力教学转变、采用合理的教学方法、树立学生的主体地位、积极开展课外教学活动等四个方面实施教学改革 ;应正确处理好教学与统考的关系问题。
Under the guidelines of “College English Teaching Programme”,the reforms in non-major English education should focus on the transformation from “Test-education” to “Abilitg-education”;reasonable teaching methods;putting students into the centre of education;launching active extracurricular activities.Meanwhile,the relations between teaching and Unified test should be dealt with correctly.
