摘要
运用均匀设计法研究从普通念珠藻中提取多糖的最佳工艺条件 :在提取温度为 98℃ ,提取时间为 3 .8小时 ,多糖的提高率最高。
The uniform design and statistical analysis system(SAS) were employed in this paper to study the optimum extraction conditions for the polysaccharide from Nostoc commune.With the extraction temperature being 98℃,and extraction time being 3.8h,the optimum extraction rate of polysaccharide from Nostoc Commune was 7.91×10 -2 .
