摘要
限制法在侦查实践中用来确定侦查范围，一个概念经过一次或若干次限制后，它适用的范围就将明显地缩小，于是适用这个新概念的对象也就自然减少了。在侦查工作中，侦查范围越小越好，查证对象越少越好，而概念的限制方法，正好满足侦查工作这一要求。
Confinement law is used in investigation practice to ascertain investigation scope. After once or a certain times of confinement the application scope of the concept will be dramatically limited, hence the applicable objects to the new concept will accordingly decrease. The confinement law of a concept just meets the investigation needs to have more limited investigation scope and less objects being investigated.
