摘要
本文报告了42例狂犬疫苗免疫后抗体水平的监测,并将其抗体效价与性别、年令免疫的天数进行了比较,从几何平均滴度上看,抗体效价与性别、年令均无明显区别,而免疫后的天数,则直接影响着抗体水平的高低,提示:狂犬疫苗免疫后抗体水平的监测具有重要意义.
This paper reports the result of surveillance of rabies antibody level after vaccination among 42 persons, and compare the antibody titration to the sex, age and the days after immunizing. According to the geometric average titre, there is no obvious difference from antibody titre to sex and age, but the days after immunizing influence directly to the titre of the antibody.So it is very important to surveille the antibody titre after injection of the rabies vaccine.
