摘要
本文用溴化氰活化右旋糖酐对胰岛素进行共价修饰,对修饰胰岛素若干性质作了研究.修饰胰岛素无论对正常小鼠、还是对糖尿病模型小鼠的降血糖活性均较天然胰岛素明显提高;修饰胰岛素对糖尿病模型小鼠,在用药后0.5至6.5小时期间,平均降血糖幅度为70.3%,而天然胰岛素是59.1%,且作用时间延长.本文还探讨了修饰胰岛素的口服降血糖效果.
In this artiole modification of insulin by bromine cyanide aotivino dext-ran ard its charaoteristios are reoorted. Modif ing insulin has higner reduoing blood sugar aotivity than native insulin for both normal rats and diabete rats. During 0.5 to 6.5 hours after modified insulin was given. diabete rats' blood suger level was reduced 70.3%. bompared with 59.1% for natve insulin. And this oaoer has revealed reduoing blood sugar results of modifing insulin when it was qiven orally.
