摘要
本文通过对中美职业篮球俱乐部的管理模式、经营方式、球员转会制度等方面的比较，分析我国职业篮球俱乐部的不足．为我国篮球职业化改革提供依据。
The aim of this article is to find out the deficiency of CBA Professional clubs and provides scientific basis for reforming of China professional Clubs by comparing with the management fashion, operation pattern and Players transfer system between NBA and CBA.
