摘要
本文就素质教育下的中小学体育教学与传统的体育教学进行了比较和分析，在此基础上提出了有利于中小学素质教育的体育教学理念。
the comparative analysis between elementary-middle physical education in quality-education and traditional physical education was carried out in this paper. The concepts and ideas of physical education beneficial to quality-education in elementary and middle schools were brought out.
