摘要
针对中小型网络存在的安全问题，利用网络中现有设备及系统软件的安全防范功能，构筑防火墙建立安全管理体系，这对一般的中小型网络的安全管理将有一定的借鉴作用。
The firewall and the safety management system are established to the safety problem of medium－small scale networks taking advantage of the existing equipment and safe defensible function of system softwares． There will be certain significance on the safety management of medium－small scale networks．
