摘要
本文结合现代煤矿企业自身的特点,阐述煤矿企业实施管理创新和技术创新的必要 性,并分析煤矿企业实施两种创新时应把握的几个问题。
Combined with the own characteristic of the modern coal mines , the writer elaborates the necessity of bringing forth new ideas for the management and technology of the coal mine , analyzes the possible problms of implementing the new ideas for both management and technology.
